The house was recently inspected by the Fire Marshall, and the results were very good! While several fire code violations were cited, they are relatively minor and can easly be fixed by the Corporate Team within the required 30-day period.

Special thanks to Corporate President Chris Strigle for coordinating the visit with the Fire Marshall and for organizing a pre-inspection work party, to Chapter Advisor Chris Stallings for being present during the inspection, and to all the brothers who volunteered their time during the work party.

A major goal of the work party was to clear out the boiler room and relocate the items that were previously stored there.

Congratulations to Chris Strigle, Justin Yawn, and Mac Doherty who were elected to Corporate President, Corporate Vice President, and Corporate Treasurer, respectively, for the 2005-2006 term. These officers look forward to continuing all the work that was accomplished this past year.

The Corporate team has updated all financial data to Quicken. With this new tool, the Alumni Board has complete access to all financial information online. This new addition will help create more checks and balances for the Corporation.

December 2004

The House is proud to be accompanied by a brand new projector. This new projector will aid the Fraternity for various presentations as well as enhance the social aspect of the House.

Elections are underway! Scott Crumpton was elected as Corporate President and Mac Doherty was elected as Corporate Treasurer for the 2004-2005 academic year. Corporate Vice-President will be appointed on April 5th by E-Board.

Our annual 'Casino Night' philanthropy was held at Compadre's in downtown Athens. The event raised over $1,300 to be given to the Athens Animal Shelter and the Give Burns The Boot Program.
